Welcome!
I realized that this was probably the first blog I should have written so ya’ll could really know who I am but oh well, here it is 🙂
If you don’t already know me, my name is Payton Chandler Lothman. I am 18 years old and graduated from David Douglas High School in 2018 (whoot whoot!!). I was originally born in Portland, Oregon (where I currently live), moved at a young age and was raised in Hollister, California (not the store…) AND moved back to Portland in eighth grade.
I grew up in a faith based home but hadn’t experienced a personal relationship with God until I gave my life to the Lord at Cascades Camp in 2012. To this day, I can still vividly remember the exact moment. Unfortunately, soon after, I went through some challenges that definitely tested my faith and I chose a different path for awhile until I was brought back to the Lord and baptized November of 2017. Since then, I have been on the most incredible roller coaster I have ever ridden and have chose to never step foot in any other direction. Not only has my life been changed by the multitude of blessings but my perspective of life and love for others has also drastically changed. This journey I am headed towards is going to definitely be life changing and I am excited to share every moment, the good and bad, with each and every one of you.
